Padmanabha Rao Nadipalli is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of ProCredFin. His journey started from CARE Ratings and he climbed up the management ladder in a period of 10 yrs. His previous profile as the AVP at Credright Private Limited gave him exposure and understanding of the credit deficiency in the MSME market. This enabled him to redesign the operational process and introduced several new products which inturn helped the company to secure its position in this market.
To further his dream of financial inclusion of missing middle market led to the inception of ProCredFin.
Our Advisors
Mr Sachin Bhansali is a Director (Finance) CFO at Navayuga Engineering Company Limited. He has close to two decades experience in the field of finance. He is qualified Chartered accountant.
Mr.Vidhyasagar Lingesan is a Chief Rating Officer at Care Ratings Africa, heading Mauritius and Africa. He holds a Post Graduate degree in Finance. He is a qualified CFA and FRM
Mr.Ravinder V is the COO and co-founder of IndiaP2P. He has 14 years of experience in the areas of Financial Inclusion, Impact Investing, and Operations/Credit Risk Management. He has a vast experience in lending to financial institutions including MFIs and NBFCs operating in high yield retail loans segment covering a wide range of organisations and credit product types. He has worked on varied projects that have been at the intersection of fintech and financial inclusion. Ravinder is a CFA charter holder and an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.

CREDIT HEAD
Mr Abhilash Reddy has more than a decade experience in Credit, risk management and compliance. Started his career with ICICI bank as assistant manager and moved to Telangana Grameen Bank as a manager. His experience here paved the way for his career and he worked with companies like Bajaj Finance and Fedfina. He has also worked in Tech Mahindra as a senior business analyst for the Citibank project. He is currently working as a Credit head at PROCREDFIN.
OPERATIONS AND HR
Mrs Swathi began her professional journey as an HR professional at Google. With her exceptional skills and dedication, she quickly climbed the ladder of success in the corporate world. However, driven by her passion for entrepreneurship and baking, she decided to take a leap of faith and start her own baking venture. After tasting success in this venture she wanted to expand her horizons and hence she looked for opportunities outside her comfort zone.
Currently she is managing the Operations and HR at PROCREDFIN.
SALES TEAM
Our sales team is driven by two location heads. They collectively handle a team of 15 members.
Mr Thota Vittal started his journey from Sriram as a marketing manager and moved up the ladder steadily. In his long career of 23 years, he has worked with the top names in the Fintech field like Bajaj and Muthoot. He has handled teams and has also worked on frameworks for orientations and training of sales teams. He is currently a part of the core sales team at PROCREDFIN.
Mr Manikanta has 7 years experience in the sales field. Passionate about sales from the beginning of his career he started as a sales manager and moved up the ladder as branch manager in a short duration of time. He has worked with companies like Sriram, Bajaj Finance and Credright.
